It takes a well run kitchen to make a wonderful home!

While my husband and I were in Lamia's kitchen, a couple of years ago, it was quite evident she had mastered the art of cooking that went on there. The food she prepared was superb and watching her cook was like watching a great show! Not only was it the food,
it was the "high vibration" of love,
that she put into the food from her sincere spiritual practices. That made us feel so nurtured.

In fact, preparing the food had obviously become one of her spiritual practices and feeding the guests in spirit, mind and body was the end result.

Mark and I felt that she should write a cookbook about Arabic cooking and we talked to her about this in her kitchen. We felt that we did not miss out on anything even though we were not strict vegetarians. There was also a magic about the way she arranged the food on the table like a mandala.
